​Thought we were going to have to have two systems replaced. after calling 3 different gate places i finally found bespoke through google. They came out the next day and had one gate up and running within an hour and had the other gate motor replaced and finished within 4 days. Thank you guys for the hard work. HIGHLY recommended for anyone who likes dealing with businesses that actually do what htey say and wont jack you around,

Prior to purchasing our home there was a fireplace screen that was the centerpiece of the entryway living area. Unfortunately it did not come with the home. After only reviewing two bad pictures, Jordan managed to fabricate a screen that was 100x more beautiful than the original AND the color is amazing (gold). I can't express how happy we are about it. We absolutely love the railing. We wanted a railing that was similar to the metal art we see at North Park Mall. This is STUNNING. We love the Orange and Black mix. Thank you so very much for this piece. It is truly beautiful and timeless. We received updates and pictures all along the way. It took about 2 months to complete but was 100% worth the wait.

I contacted 4 different companies to obtain quotes for repairs to our gate and motor of which Jordan was one of the first to respond. During one of our initial conversations he asked lots of questions to best evaluate what was needed. I was referred from another service provider since my opener was not a serviceable type. Jordan was able to work us in within two days and did an excellent job on the gate opener replacement. I called four other companies prior to Auto Gate and they were all too busy, two week back log.

I have used these guys for 5 years now (since we moved into our house) and they always provide excellent service.  From small things like gate adjustment/tune up to a complete controller replacement they always respond quickly and do a great job.  We have both a sliding gate and a swinging one and they keep them running perfectly.

In addition, when they visit to diagnose a problem, they work from the cheapest to the most expensive solution, and don't try to "upsell" you the minute they show up. I've always been able to count on them for a reliable diagnosis.

I have recommended them to several neighbors and will continue to do so.

My gate was hanging by a thread and was rusty and old looking. They came right out and gave me an estimate for painting and repairing the gate. He started the job about two days later and finished up in about 3 days. He didn't try to sell on anything extra and did a great job for us! We highly recommend them for not only gate stuff but painting too.

Thank you so much Jordan. We had called 2 companies and they [never] returned our call. I called him once on Friday, he answered and came out on Sunday (today). Fixed the gate and the remotes that have not worked in almost 2 years. He is not only reasonably priced he super nice. Highly recommend him.
